Commercial Law 2025
A new development takes place in Oman’s commercial law landscape. RD 35/2025 has been issued establishing an Investment and Commerce Court and issuing its law which is intended to come into effect on 1 October 2025. The Investment and Commerce Court shall come within the framework of the Supreme Judicial Council with its headquarters located in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
