About
Nader is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Capital Markets team; having a broad range of experience in real estate, projects, corporate and commercial transactions. Nader has advised listed and private companies with respect to general corporate and regulatory matters, including banking, fintech, outsourcing, consumer protection, employment, and real estate.
Prior to joining AMJ in 2022, Nader practiced in Pakistan, where he worked with several leading firms advising and assisting clients in connection with commercial and regulatory issues, renewable energy, telecom, employment, real estate, banking and competition.
In addition to his private practice, Nader taught Corporate Law & Business Legal Environment at the National University of Sciences and Technology in Pakistan from 2014 to 2022.

- Advised an international financial institution on fintech, information flows, outsourcing, data protection, banking and other regulatory requirements in Oman.

- Advised an Omani bank in relation to the new labour law and social protection law, and assisted them in updating their employment contracts and HR Manual to be compliant with the Omani laws.
- Advised a foreign ride hail company/[Ridetechnology Global FZ-LLZ] on the new labour and social protection laws, and drafted template employment contracts and an HR Manual for the same.
- Advised an international tech company/[Microsoft] on labour laws, foreign investment laws, and personal data laws, updating said advice periodically.
