About
Iman is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance team. She has advised clients across several sectors as how to work with regulatory authorities in Oman registration and redemption of security interest of assets. She has been involved in security registration and perfection.
Iman has experience advising a variety of clients on commercial transactions and corporate matters with a particular focus on the incorporation of companies, advising on directors’ duties and shareholders’ rights. Iman’s areas of practice also include advising clients on agency agreements, land rights, mining and employment related matters.
Iman has also worked closely with clients on contentious matters, assisting with employment and criminal case matters, drafting claims and defense statements and attending court proceedings.
