- Advised Majid Al Futtaim Properties (Oman) LLC in connection with a term loan facility to finance the design, development, engineering, procurement, construction, equipment, testing, ownership and operation and maintenance of the Mall of the Sultanate of Oman.

About
Marcus heads AMJ’s banking and finance team. Dual-qualified as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and as a solicitor in Scotland, Marcus has extensive experience in projects, and all types of core finance and restructuring. His clients include leading international banks, financial institutions and agencies as well as sponsors and project companies in sectors such as power, petrochemicals, oil and gas, transport and infrastructure as well as government and multi-lateral agencies and ECAs.
Prior to joining AMJ in 2006 Marcus qualified in English firm TLT and subsequently practiced for 9 years as a banking lawyer in Scotland in several leading Scottish law firms.
